Allergies
▪ Whilst every care is taken, we cannot 100% guarantee no trace of any allergens as we are NOT an allergen free kitchen.
▪ All allergies must be stated in the pick-up notes.
▪ All our food made and provided will be labelled with ingredients, all allergens will be in ticked.
▪ We check suppliers thoroughly but cannot guarantee with absolute certainty that there are no nuts or allergens present.
▪ Dixon’s Delight Catering Ltd will always prep allergies first.
Refund / Cancellations
• Please note there will be no refunds, but if you’re not happy with your order, we will exchange with the same order, or you can pick a different order.
• Cancelling your order please allow at least 1 hour before picking up your order.
• If you have paid for your order, you will either pick another day or use it for store credit, we will send you a code to use, that amount will be taken off your total next time you order.
Health & Safety
• There are very strict rules relating to the serving of our food. Dixon's Delight Catering holds a 5-star rating from the Environmental Health which means that you can be assured that your food is transported and subsequently served at the correct temperature to ensure a maximum enjoyment and safe consumption.
• Dixon's Delight Catering have full Public Liability Insurance and are happy to provide a copy of the certificate if required.
• We recommend any leftover food is disposed of and nothing is taken for consumption after the order.
• Dixon's Delight Catering cannot be held responsible for health issues relating to the consumption of food which has been reheated later as regulations do not permit commercial food products to be reheated more than once.
• Dixon’s Delight will not allow any customers to enter your property, when collecting your order, we ask if you wait outside or in your vehicle, staff member will bring your food to you.
Abuse / Violence to Staff
• We do not tolerate any abuse or violence to any of our staff members at Dixon’s Delight Catering Ltd, Police will be called if you refuse to leave our premises.
• Our Doorbell is recording within our opening hours for yours and our safety. These are deleted at the end of each day; no images are saved unless we believe yours / our safety is at risk.
Incorrect Orders
• Any order/s that you believe is wrong you must let us know straight away.
• We will do everything we can to amend your order there and then, if you have collected your order and got home we ask if you can send us a email at dixon.delightscatering@gmail.com with your issue.
• Dixon’s Delight Catering Ltd will investigate your complaint and will reach out to you within 12 hours. We will not offer anything until we have completed our checks.
Payments & Fees
• We accept Card payments / Cash / Online payments / Clearpay.
▪ Cash Payments, there is no fee to pay, we do ask if you can try and pay the exact amount on pick up, this is due to us not handling much cash on our property.
▪ Online payments there is a service fee of 6% of your total cost.
▪ Contactless / Chip & Pin payments there is a service fee of 20% of your total cost.
